What should I have ready for the call?
Nothing formal. The last bank statement, whatever your accounting software shows, and a sense of what is not working. If the books are behind, say so. It changes nothing about the call.
Do I need to switch accounting software?
Usually not. We work with the major platforms and will tell you plainly if your current setup is holding you back before recommending any change.
How is pricing structured?
Every engagement is quoted individually after the discovery call, because scope depends on transaction volume, entity count, complexity, and how much clean-up is needed. There is no one-size-fits-all package price. You'll receive a fixed figure in writing before any work begins, with no hourly surprises.
Can you clean up books that are behind?
Yes. Catch-up and clean-up work is common. We'll scope it separately from ongoing service so you know exactly what the one-time effort costs.
Do you work with businesses outside your state?
Yes. Engagements are handled remotely with scheduled video reviews, so location isn't a constraint.
