Growth adds controller-level oversight, a structured monthly close, and budget against actual reporting. CFO adds forecasting, modelling, and a standing strategy call. Every engagement is quoted individually as a fixed figure in writing after a free 30-minute call, and you move up a level when complexity grows.

How much do NorthPeak's services cost?
Every engagement is quoted individually after a free 30-minute call, because scope depends on transaction volume and entity count, and on how much clean-up is needed. You receive a fixed figure in writing before any work begins, with no hourly billing.
Which package should I start with?
Starter if you need clean books, monthly reports, and tax preparation. Growth if you need a structured close, statements a lender would accept, and budget against actual reporting. CFO if the questions are about the year ahead. The first call is where we say which fits, including if none does yet.
Can I move between packages?
Yes. Each level includes everything below it, and you move up when the complexity of the business does. Nothing is locked in.
Is tax preparation included in every package?
Yes. Individual and business tax preparation is part of Starter and carries through Growth and CFO.
Do you work with businesses outside the Chicago area?
Yes. The practice is based in Wilmette, Illinois. Engagements run remotely with scheduled video reviews, so clients anywhere in the country get the same monthly rhythm.
