What the forms collect

The consultation form and the property tax appeal check ask for your name and email. Phone is optional on both.

The consultation form may also include a business name, the kind of help you want, an approximate revenue range, and a message.

The property tax appeal check may also include a county, a township, a city or village, a property address or parcel, the kind of property, and a note about what you want looked at. It also has a separate checkbox for occasional messages. That box is unchecked unless you check it.

A third form, the township opening reminder, asks for an email and a township, and a name if you leave one. It is only a request to be told when that township's filing window is published or opens.

Do not send account numbers or a Social Security number. The forms are not a place for those.

Why we ask

We use the consultation form and the property tax appeal check so we can reply to that request. If you leave the optional message box unchecked, we use the appeal check only to reply to it. If you check the box, we may also email township window reminders and occasional notes. The township reminder is used only to send that opening notice. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@northpeakfp.com. We do not sell what you send, and we do not offer these details to anyone else.

Who processes the form

The forms are submitted to Formspree. Formspree receives the submission and delivers it to us at info@northpeakfp.com. We read it so we can reply, and, if you asked for it, so we can send the notice or the notes you opted into.

We do not sell it

We do not sell your name, email, phone, property address, or the other details you send through these forms.

Asking for deletion

To ask us to delete information you sent, email info@northpeakfp.com. Tell us the email address you used and which form you sent. NorthPeak will delete its copy and ask Formspree to delete the submission too.
